There are 10 individual horse paddocks with water and purpose build horse shelters. The paddock fences are post and wire with full electric stand-off to keep our team safe and sound.
There is a 6 horse stable complex complete with concrete wash bay, plenty of tie-up room and small tack storage area. Further to this Von Rosen Equestrian has two huge sheds that are utilised to store all the horses feed, lots of hay, the tractor, and the team horse float.
In 2023 Von Rosen Equestrian moved to a new property in Kenmore Hills.
Von Rosen Facilities
The original Von Rosen Equestrian property consisted of 5.5 acres of lush ex-dairy pasture. The property has been reseeded to include native grasses resulting in us being lucky enough to have grass all year round.
Facilities wise, the property contains a purpose build all-weather sand arena that is approximately 60mx33m with high powered lights making riding at night easy and safe. The arena is set up with full showjumping equipment and there is a 30mx30m free jump paddock next to the arena.
